Patrick, Gabrielle's skipper

Patrick is Gabrielle's young skipper who has experience working on yachts at the 5-star resorts of Fregate and North Island, as well as on luxury yachts overseas. He has spent some time cruising Mediterranean destinations such as Spain, the Balearic Islands, Ibiza, Majorca, Italy, Sardinia and Malta as well as around Thailand. Possessing extensive experience of Seychelles, Patrick is also a licenced open-water diver and accomplished big-game fisherman.

Steve, the magician in the galley

Gabrielle's crew, Steve, is a young Seychellois with 12 years' experience on yachts and excellent knowledge of the islands, most of which he has visited at one time or another. A seasoned and capable host, Steve creates an array of memorable international and local dishes but possesses a particular flair in the preparation of fish.

A capable and proven seaman, he has undertaken voyages on different yachts to Australia, Thailand, the Red Sea, South Africa and the Mediterranean.
